Ruth is an accomplished Operations Supervisor with a decade of experience in logistics and operations management. She began her career in custom clearing and import/export shipment management, dedicating five years to mastering the field before transitioning to her current role at Harness. For the past seven years, Ruth has played a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and training and supervising her team. 

Ruth is committed to continuous learning and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resource Management at the IBT College. Her professional journey is driven by her long-standing dream of becoming an HR manager, a goal she has nurtured since completing high school in 2009. 

Balancing her professional ambitions with her personal life, Ruth finds joy in spending quality time with her two young children—a boy and a girl—and her family. She is known for her joyful and energetic demeanor, and her love for cooking adds to her vibrant personality. Ruth is a happy and determined individual who is constantly working towards her dreams, with aspirations of becoming a manager in the next five years.
