Brian Hosea is a senior HSE and engineering leader with more than two decades of experience shaping safety, operational excellence, and workforce capability across Papua New Guinea’s mining, oil and gas, and government sectors. As Manager – Health, Safety, Environment and Security at Kumul Petroleum Holdings, he has led nationally significant HSE frameworks aligned with IOGP and ISO standards. His earlier career with Oil Search PNG Ltd and SLB spanned complex engineering operations in PNG, Indonesia, and China. Brian brings a systems driven, future focused perspective to building a resilient and capable PNG workforce.
