Daniel Baulch is the Founder and Managing Director of Integrity Solve, providing evidence-based governance, risk and compliance solutions together with investigations advisory services. He began his career with Victoria Police, serving for more than two decades investigating organised crime and corruption. In 2016, he also led risk management for Victoria Police, reforming its enterprise risk management framework and restoring full compliance. Daniel later held senior investigative leadership roles at the Victorian Electoral Commission and WorkSafe Victoria before becoming the inaugural Deputy Commissioner Operations at the Papua New Guinea Independent Commission Against Corruption (PNG ICAC). Through Integrity Solve, he now helps implement GRC and regulatory programs that support investment, integrity and sustainable growth across the resources sector and beyond.
