Peter Lothian
Peter Lothian is Counsellor - Energy and Social Infrastructure at the Australian High Commission where he oversees an annual budget of over AUD80m to support the energy sector and deliver major projects like the Lae Market and Parliament House Wing. He has previously been posted with DFAT to Solomon Islands, Fiji and Cook Islands as A/g High Commissioner.
