Wayne is a Partner at KPMG Papua New Guinea and a member of the Australian and Papua New Guinea Institute of Company Directors. Wayne has over 20 years’ professional advisory experience in the financial services sector in senior executive roles within regulated financial services entities and as an advisor. In Papua New Guinea Wayne specialises in corporate finance - valuations and transactions – strategy and governance. Wayne has served as a Non-Executive Director of an ASX listed company and an Executive Director of several financial services businesses in Australia and in Africa.
